In the past, Premier Cru Séchets was vinified with Vaillons, but this wine has been made separately since 2010. Its aromatic richness, complexity and sharp minerality make it an excellent Premier Cru for cellaring.
Vinification & Maturation
In stainless steel tanks, for at least 12 months.
Scents of grapefruit, stones and ﬂowers. A tight, dense and wonderfully pure wine, with pronounced minerality and enveloped with white fruit notes.
